Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Achieve sales targets and expand market presence

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Marketing

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred

🔹 Production Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee manufacturing processes

  • Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines

  • Maintain production records and reports

  • Coordinate with Quality Control team

Requirements:

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc

  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred

  • Knowledge of GMP & regulatory standards

🔹 Quality Control Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality testing of raw materials and finished products

  • Maintain documentation as per regulatory standards

  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols

Requirements:

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in relevant field

  • Experience in pharmaceutical QC preferred

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills

🔹 Accounts & Finance Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting records and financial transactions

  • Prepare financial statements and reports

  • Handle taxation, payroll, and compliance matters

Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance)
